Welcome to the Stonehurst HOA Website! The Public section has a lot of information for all residents of our community. The Homeowners-only section requires login access. Surrounded by woodlands and parks along rolling hills of Fairfax, VA, Stonehurst is a self-managed community of 242 townhomes about 15 miles west of Washington, DC.  Stonehurst is located off of Route 50 (Arlington Boulevard) and convenient to the Washington Beltway I-495 (2 miles), Interstate 66 (1 mile), and Metrorail’s Vienna Metro Station (1.2 miles).  Its Board of Directors is composed of 9 resident volunteers elected annually.



Stonehurst is a haven of tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle of the Washington Metropolitan area. Close to schools, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment, Stonehurst is equidistant from both Dulles Airport and Ronald Reagan National Airport (15 miles).

The recommended contractor database has been moved to the Homeowners' section (General Information for Homeowners) to keep the phone numbers of the resident's who are listed as references private.  If you are a renter who is a resident and wish to have a copy of the Contractor's database, please contact the Sectratary.

News Alerts

Tree Work on Bailey Lane: 

This is a notice that tree work will be performed between Monday, June 24th through Wednesday, June 26th starting at 8AM each day.  Trees to be removed are marked with ORANGE tape and trees that will be pruned are marked with GREEN Tape.  Areas to be cleared are listed below.  Cones will be placed in areas that need to be cleared.  SHA is not responsible for damage to cars that are not moved. SHA has authority to tow cars as a last resort if needed.  Please make sure to inform guests and contractors of the parking restrictions for these days.  The crew will try to finish the work as quickly as possible but, we will let you know as cars may need to be cleared for a longer period.  These dates are subject to change based on the weather.

9267 Bailey Ln and 9265 Bailey Ln - 4 spaces between these addresses need to be cleared.  These spaces are across the street from a tree that will be pruned.  This work will take place on June 24th and should be completed that day.

9235 Bailey Ln thru 9249 Bailey Ln - 10 spaces between these addresses need to be cleared.  The tree located directly in front of 9237 will be removed.  This work will start on June 24th and may take thru June 26th to complete.

9226 Bailey Ln thru 9230 Baily Ln - 4 spaces next to the tree need to be cleared.  This work will start on June 24th and may take thru June 26th to complete.

July Board Meeting:  The July Board meeting will be held in person for Board members and via teleconference for those wanting to attend the open forum on Tuesday, July 2 at 7pm.  Contact the Secretary for the link if you wish to attend.  

Architectural Change Requests:  If you have any requests for change, please email the Architecture chair.  Requests can still be processed.
